The service was mixed with amazing people welcoming everyone but not the friendliest. The location requires a challenging uphill walk and might impact the overall stay negatively. Overall, there were some drawbacks in different areas despite some positive aspects.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were located on the third floor, equipped with a wet room and a super powerful shower. It was a twin room but had an extra bed, perfect for accommodating three people. The service provided by the management team and staff was amazing, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was scenic and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. The dining options were satisfactory, although some breakfast items seemed to have been prepared in advance. Overall, a nice experience with some minor drawbacks.

The staff surprised us with their kindness by lighting the fire for us on Christmas evening free of charge.
